All Orders are sent in an insulated pouch and an ice pack to prevent the product from melting (coconut oil does that in extreme heat) but orders do not need to be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival.  

Orders may take 7-10 to arrive.  All orders are mailed out on Mondays.
